&lt;p&gt;Chaud:
En gaiwan – zong;
3 grammes en sachet;
90°C-95°C;
3min ou 4min corsé;
à tester avec et sans sucre&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;Glacé:
120 grammes de thé;
5 litres d'eau;
100°C;
infusion de 12min à 15min;
après infusion sortir le thé et ajouter du sucre;
laisser refroidir;
servir glacé&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;Pour une préparation plus rapide,
infuser 110gr à 130gr dans 3L d'eau à 100°C;
infusion de 12min à 15min;
après infusion sortir le thé et ajouter du sucre;
ajouter 2L de glaçons;
